I had a bad time with this estate agent. Exceptionally poor communication & attention to detail. I wouldn't recommend them to any landlords looking for property management.
I have nothing good to say about this man, or buisness, I remember when my parents were selling their house on the Ballyknockan road, we used Alan Newell, what a nightmare and waste of time, and money, they had found a property and got a bridging loan, to secure it. After having people view, and one especially seem very interested, viewings dried up, we actually changed agent because of this, and sold the house.
