I went to see Alan when I had a flair up of severe back pain. From my first visit, he was great. I was a bit emotional due to the severity of the pain, he was kind, professional and explained everything clearly. His help and advice has really helped, and my pain has significantly improved after a couple months of sessions. Would 100% recommend.

Alan saw me at a moment's notice when I had back pain from running and the treatment he gave me was excellent - he didn't even touch the sore area, as he explained that most pain is referred and problems occur over time, with subtle changes in posture and various muscles tightening and compensating. The immediate problem was resolved and I was pain free within 48 hours, however he recommended more long term treatment with an osteopath near to where I lived. Highly recommended.
Brilliant osteopath. Due to the uncomfort of having flat feet he has diagnosed and helped me relief discomfort this causes while walking. Would highly recommend!.
