We purchased our current home through Alan de Maid and had a very positive experience. They managed the communication with the sellers really efficiently and kept pushing the solicitors (who were rather useless) to complete on time. Thanks to James and Caleb we managed to move in time for the start of the new school year!
First meeting established a reasonable market price for the sale of my late father's property. The sales process, including agency fees and conveyancing options, were clearly explained. A brochure and subsequent progress and sales correspondence was timely and by email. This was a quick straightforward sale. The conveyancing process remains out of date and unfit for purpose but this is out of the scope of the estate agents. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this estate agency to others.
James and the team managed my purchase expertly and professionally. They navigated any bumps in the road smoothly and efficiently and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend ADM to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
