As a property refurbishment company we have worked with Alan Cooke and its staff over the last few months. We find them honest and transparent when dealing with tenants and Landlords. Do not trust these people. They have stolen the £180 holding deposit I paid without any notice or warning 4 days before the date the house we were supposed to be renting was even due to be available because “didn’t take reasonable steps to enter the tenancy” When we did absolutely EVERYTHING in good time. The only thing was my partners guarantor (elderly man who struggles with technology) had missed some information that we were not even aware of.
Very professional team who have long standing knowledge of the area. Elissia and Johnny are both extremely helpful, guiding you through the stressful experience of buying and selling property with a no nonsense and pragmatic attitdue . Highly recommend.
