Asked if I could get my rear differential oil checked service writer told me no it needed serviced, I said how do you know? Writer stated you have 130.000 miles on your vehicle! So I said never mind. 5 minutes later service writer said he asked the tech he said it would be 70.00, I replied just to pull out a plug and stick your finger in the hole to check the level forget it! I had the most awful experience at Al Serra while working with a certain individual . Not only was she incredibly unprofessional, but once she “made the deal” I basically no longer existed. She ignored my attempts at reaching out to her and when she did respond, she was very nasty to me. Prior to this, I received texts and calls from her at ALL HOURS OF THE DAY trying to get the deal done. Randy was Amazing!! I knew exactly what I wanted.. went thru two other dealerships that could not come up with my vehicle.. Randy sent someone all the way to Alpena to get me my jeep. And delivered it to me at work. And gave me a better price then the other two !! He went above and beyond!! I couldn't be happier!! Thank You Randy !!
