worst body shop I've EVER had the displeasure of working with. Not only do they straight up lie to you and waste your time, I had a hack paint job done in January that had already started peeling by October. Brought it in for them to fix under warranty and immediately brought my truck to Todd Wenzel for my other repairs. Todd Wenzel showed me that Al Serra left overspray ALL over my truck! RecommendedI went in looking for used cars with a max budget. Wound up with a Chevy Cruze that was only $1000 out of my budget but with great mileage. They also were able to work with me on my trade in. The trade in value actually brought my purchase back into my budget. I drove away in a new used car and I could not be happier. They know how to build lifetime relationships. My wife and I will be in the market for a new vehicle in the near future, and they will definitely be my first choice.

A big shout out to the Al Serra Body Shop for a spectacular job on my 2011 Honda Accord!! Poor thing was beat up by a deer and they made her look like new!! She hasn’t looked this good in years! They even re-pin-stripped the other side to match and cleaned her inside and out. Excellent service!! Thanks for turning a bad accident onto a good outcome.

I had my truck in for a warranty repair, the technician that worked on it did a poor job in quality. There were wires left out of the harnesses, random zip ties and overall disregard for the customer. I had to have it towed back because the repair work done caused a fire in my truck. After getting it back the second time, my stabilitrac light is on as well as ABS light. Neither of these lights were on when I dropped it off either time. Tony Naylor made me feel like a friend was helping me good price he went out of his way to accommodate me on my purchase of my vehicle . No pressure salesperson The loan person was great also . I also sawTony help a person in desperate situation and he took care of her so well .
