Visited Al Serra in grand blanc to look at purchasing a vehicle. You can't walk inside of the building because of covid which I understand. I walked the whole lot and stood by the door to the show room door for ten minutes. Several people walked past me to help others who just pulled in and were driving around. No one ask if I needed anything and even if they were helping other customers, never batted an eye to find someone to help me.
