My last car buying experience was horrible. Was at the dealership for almost 7 hours and wasn’t treated very well. From the minute I walked into Al Serra I was treated great. Every person I came into contact with was great. From the time of my appointment to me leaving with my new car took 3 hours. My sales person, Cruz was super friendly and informative. I had wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle at Al Serra Grand Blanc! Tony Naylor was the best salesman I could have ever asked for. He exceeded my expectations by far. Tony was not pushy at all and made me and my husband comfortable during our visit.
