Gentlemen that came to collect my car were brilliant, arrived on time and dealt with car with efficiency. Sadly though, it took quite some chasing by me to ensure payment was received, it is certainly not “Same Day” as advertised. Please make sure you get a signature upon collection in case of any problems, luckily I did but I fear those who do not wouldn’t have a leg to stand on. A&L offered a higher price per kg than another local scrap metal trader, but my metal happened to weigh a very round number. I was told I would get the money in my account the next day but I called over a month later when I was told Monday as it was now Friday. After Wednesday it hadn’t arrived so I called again…
Great communication, arrived exactly as he said. First class service from when I accepted the quote to the car being taken away. Simple, quick and hassle free. Got paid as per the online quote . Free collection too. I highly recommend this company.
