After accidentally cutting through a pipe, Al came out within 30 mins on a Sunday evening. Reasonable price, great work and he was very kind about my idiocy! Highly recommend - he'll be top of my list if I need a plumber in future.
Al came round an hour after I called. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and kind (even when it came to pointing out things I should already know!) Thank you. Will definitely use again.
Al was great. Prompt callback, came out to inspect job and provided a full and very reasonable quote. Was able to book job straight away and Al kept full communications with us. Contacted Al's plumbing today to sort out a leak. He was here in 20 mins and had it sorted in about the same time. Polite, professional and tidy, will definitely be using again.
Big thanks to AL's plumbing for fixing the leak in my shower last month 10/2024. Alan always arrived on time, kept a tight schedule, he was really professional, honest & tidy! He even collected my shower tray & doors from the Bathroom shop on the Pershore Rd. I highly recommend, he's super busy so give him lots of notice, you won't regret it!
