Made my active bank account dormant without any notice even though transactions were actively taking place on a regular basis. Needed access to my funds but couldn’t without the full verification process which incurred costs at my expense! Avoid at all costs!
Takes 3 days for money to hit 3rd party account, althoughit leaves your account immediately. Very inconvenient
Switched to quarterly statements out of nowhere, with zero justification. I contacted customer support, and they couldn’t have cared less—completely dismissive. I’ve since moved all my money to another bank. These kinds of arrogant, tone-deaf decisions are exactly what push loyal customers away. Keep going down this road and you’ll have no one left to serve.
