Excellent customer service. The gentlemen helped me choose the correct number of tiles and adhesive for my project and arranged delivery out of town for me. I had a number of boxes remaining at the end of the project and returned them for a refund within the 30 day timescale mentioned on the receipt. An instant refund was given without any issues. I highly recommend this business.
Awful service provided from this company .My father brought bathroom tiles and they were delivered broken. Was initially told that they would be replaced but then were absolutely rude and disrespectful and wouldn’t replace the broken tiles. Definitely a place to avoid !!! Looks like I will have to proceed on taking some legal action on this Company because they aren’t following the correct guidelines!! Not to say that the staff are very unprofessional and rude to all customers.
Poor service, sent broken products. Staff seem to have an itch and an attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
