Never had a bad experience with Al Grace. Prices are competitive and delivery time is better than expected.
I would not recommend this appliance store to any of my friends or family. I am very disappointed in the way my father was treated recently. He purchased a refrigerator from your Marengo store. Upon delivery, his screen door was damaged . Someone came out to assess damage, and took some pictures . A follow up message was left that Al Grace would do NOTHING for his trouble. You have called my 83 year old father a liar in his mind! Your lack of customer service and integrity is so disheartening .
Not even worth 1 star. Waiting since July 2 for a washer and dryer. Nothing but excuses as to why they can't deliver. Delivery changed 3 times. They didn't even call until after scheduled delivery time.
World class service and sales!! I Highly recommend Al Grace Appliance to all my friends and you will not be disappointed!!
