My washer was not latching the lid. I called for service and they told me the soonest they could come out was 2 weeks. They made it out on April 15th ish. It is now May 11th and my parts are still not in. When I called the lady didn’t seem to care that I was waiting on my parts for almost a month and nor did she offer to do anything to try and fix the situation. So in the mean time my family if 5 is trying to get through with a washer that works occasionally.

So I have been calling Al Grace about my dishwasher throwing an LC code. I called once six months after we got the dishwasher and was told to see if it clears up on its own. Well it did for about three months and threw the code again. I called again and was then told they no longer service in my area however they would look into trying to find someone and call me back. I haven’t gotten a call back. The dishwasher was under warranty and the lc code was under a recall. Oh and the dishwasher is no longer under warranty.
