We purchase all of our appliances here. I have a 3 year old dryer that for over 4 weeks and so far 4 trips out here they can't seem to fix. Next week will be the 5th time here. Really tired of this crap. If it's a lemon, make it right. They also have to come out every 9 to 12 months to fix the washer. #fedupwithwastingmytime.
Al Grace is bigger than you think. They do have major brands and multiple models of each. The staff is probably trained on all these products because they gave me quick and accurate responses to each one of my questions. I'll def come back when I need another appliance for my home!

TERRIBLE customer service, another shady west side business only looking after themselves and not their customers. Avoid this place like the plague.
We bought a new washer, and our salesman gave us a great deal, and they helped put it in our car to take it home. Plus the salesman warned about the soap we needed to use.
