We recently ordered and purchased what was supposed to be 6 brand new major kitchen appliances. After delivery and looking through our appliances, it is quite certain that 3 out of the 6 are floor models showing signs of wear, being handled and used, missing parts and pieces and not in any manufacturer boxes or protective coverings. RUINED my mother's fridge and had a "repair" man come out several times only to ruin it more. SAMSUNG finally sent a certified repair man from Chicago and they correctly found the issue and stated the fridge was damaged by the "repairs" and not useable. after much back and forth and the owner being extremely rude he agreed to replace her stainless Samsung double door with an apartment sized top/bottom style. what a JOKE of a company. I bought the 5 year protection plan when I bought a dryer from them. It states" Incur no claims from delivery date for 5 years receive a 100% refund of the protection plan price" Called to get my refund and the said they no longer Honor that because they are going out of Business. That is in no way my fault and is not stated any where on my contract. Very bad business practice.

I buy all my appliances here and mattresses too. Recently had their service department do a repair on my dishwasher. Rod the service guy is awesome and the sales team are very helpful. I support our local businesses because they are the ones that truly care. You wont get service like Al Grace Appliance anywhere else.
Dale is the best sales man on the floor. so helpful. the delivery crew Robert and Tyler, are all stars.
