Was told i would get my stuff in the AFTERNOON now here it is 5:30pm at NIGHT was told two hours ago it would be an hour this is unacceptable

We just spent 12,000.00dollars in their store on all new appliances. If you are looking for good customer service go anywhere but Al Grace. They brought our appliances the fridge was defective,then the dishwasher bad they replaced the fridge and put it together wrong. Now waiting for them to replace the dishwasher this is the 5th day I have wasted on waiting on them. They assured me this time they would be here first thing in the morning, it's noon and no call. Service department sucks!!!!!!! Don't believe their commercials saying they can repair anything. They farm the work out to someone else.
