Rented a flat through Atkons for a year and was a great experience through and through. Aqual was very helpful and responsive through the whole tenancy. Would certainly recommend to anyone considering renting through them
Honestly, can't recommend these gals/guys more. Popped into their office recently looking for a place to rent, and the lovely ladies I dealt with jumped straight into action and about a week later I'm looking at possibly moving into a new place. Worked so fast, it made my head spin! Danielle, especially, gets my praise, she moved quickly, efficiently, kept me updated throughout the process and made me feel like she genuinely cared about getting me a place to live, beyond it being her job, of course. Probably ok if you are a landlord paying them but if you are a tenant I would look elsewhere
