Dr. Das, was most helpful, he explained why upcoming procedure in ... in detail, and he answered all my questions thoroughly, and he answered with kindness and warmth, and maybe feel like I'm being very well cared for.
The surveys excessively long and somewhat confusing when you go from 0 or from 1 to 10. And then go yes, no, somewhat, maybe and all that I'd I'd recommend redoing the survey.

This appointment was a followup after an important surgery by Dr. Akhil Das. He is a true professional and I would be happy to assign a 5-star rank to him as an urology surgeon. He also is compassionate and thorough in discussing important related issues with patients.
