I got confused and arrived much earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Dr Das and his staff arranged for me to be seen then. That helped me out greatly as I live a long way from this facility.
I had a HoLEP procedure done by Dr. Das and Dr. James (Jimmy) Jiang. I was technically and mentally prepared by {staff name removed} and by Dr. Alexander Bell. Dr. Nam explained the anesthesia part of the procedure and helped me overcome my anxiety. After the procedure a team of half a dozen nurses were in charge of the irrigation of my bladder, monitored my vital signs, and looked after me in any way necessary - medication, food, drinks.
