We were with USC until we received such awful care we changed to UCI. Best thing we ever did. Of all the past four years with UCI we have been more than pleased with everyone we came in contact with. But...Dr. Das is the one that left the best impression. Seen many doctors about various matters with the latest problem being an {patient PHI removed} that has been ongoing for over three months. Had to wait over 1 hour after scheduled appointment and waiting in the room that was hot. Could not stay in the room after 45 minutes of waiting and went to hallway.
The doctor's visit was very helpful. He explained to me my condition and what my alternatives are for the treatment. And I was so happy to visit Dr. Das. Bye.
Dr. Das is soft spoken and a good listener. He explained how he planned to treat my problem and was almost apologetic about a procedure that required the use of a scope. He asked me if that procedure would be a problem for me. I assured him it wasn't.

There was a misunderstanding of the appointment time. I thought it was 1:00 when it was actually 10:00. Staff was able reschedule same day for 1:00 with minimal wait.
