A rare example of a letting agency that is excellent to deal with. Almost always available, with quick responses and clear communication. The agent who represented us, Leighann, was a pleasure to speak with, no matter the subject, and quickly rectified any issues that came up, as well as allowing for smooth and easy processes while moving in and moving out. Highly recommend.

I stayed at AKG in dundee for the past 3 years whilst i studied at university. Over the three years i have found AKG to be a very pleasant, welcoming and efficiently run company. I was always kept updated when there was changes to do with my tenancy which definitely relived anxiety as someone who was living on their own for the first time and didn't really know how it worked. I was leased with AKG for 12 months and achieved fantastic service throughout my tenancy. Any repairs/queries were always handled swiftly and efficiently as possible. The staff there are all very professional and were always willing to help and always provided amazing service. Specifically Leighann, who was our main correspondent throughout the tenancy, was always amazing and very kind to us.
