Gross abuse and neglect of the elderly. Do not send your family member here it is cruel! My grandfather was treated like a prisoner and his friends were bullied by the staff. Animals!
We had a home call with AKC at very short notice. The staff member was lovely, my daughter felt very comfortable with her. Extremely competent with using a hoist, electric wheel chair. Very friendly lady, would highly recommend & welcome back to our home should emergency help be required again. Many thanks for your help
Seriously dishonest, unscrupulous characters. Upon gaining new employment and handing my notice in, management lied to my new employer and told them I had been sacked!. Avoid at all costs.
