Alex does a great job of keeping me pain free and mobile - he is very thorough and I always feel like Alex is keen to make sure he deals with any small problems that may have arisen with my back since my last visit - always excellent session and great value too
Needed a sports massage with the level of beating I've been giving my body...we researched a few places around Burton and fortunately we landed on "AJG". The website was pleasingly well put together. The guy that I spoke to Alex was very informative. (After the session he went trough with me about a couple of things I can work on on the gym to improve some muscle groups.
