Dr. Ajay Reddy is truly the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. I’ve been with him for nearly 18 years, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Reddy and his staff are absolutely amazing—always kind, compassionate, and consistently professional. They go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and valued as a patient. Dr. Reddy is always thorough and patient in addressing any health concerns I may have. His knowledge of the latest proven medicines, tests and treatments is up-to-date and he is very proactive in implementing those that are called for. Prior to his becoming a Signature Healthcare concierge MD I never had any issues with his responsiveness, but certainly there were times when the office was somewhat busy. I've been with Dr. Reddy since 2019. He is moving to an exclusive, kind of douchey concierge program to skim off the crème de la crème of patients who can afford it and dump the rest. Basically patients that want to stay with him must pay $2,000 per year out-of-pocket to have a membership at his practice. It's purely a money-grab. I just called to make an appointment and find out he is asking now for $2k out of pocket for a VIP practice. I have been with him for almost 9 yrs and he is a great doctor but I feel betrayed that the office did not communicated this with a phone call or an email so we could start looking for a new Dr. I need a Dr and I don’t have one now.
Excellent physician but I’m so disappointed that he has moved to concierge medicine. I feel betrayed!
