I’ve had issues with my back over the years and have had minor surgery to correct disc issues. I then developed a feeling of being off balance and was in progressively worse pain. I have visited Judy a couple of times for back issues - she is fantastic and the treatment has worked wonders - Judy gave lots of good advice for exercises and posture as well.
I've also used Judy on 2 occasions as recommended to me & both times I left her feeling much better than when I arrived, highly recommend
After being in pain for quite some time I had my first session and was finally able to have a full night sleep that night!! After a few regular sessions I'm much more aware of when I'm repeating something that contributes to my back pain. I'm pretty sure Jude is a miracle worker!!!
An Excellent physiotherapist who recently treated my torn knee ligaments. I would highly recommend her professional services to anyone. I'm back running around pain free quicker than most specialist suggested!! Thank you again!!!
