I would like to share that Chris Busby is a great Tech and went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a noise inside the Blower Unit. He was willing to stay many hours fixing what the first Tech spent no effort looking into. Chris was polite and most importantly very professional in his work, would love to have him service my unit anytime!
Not a fan of Airtron. It seems they have a history of providing subpar work during construction and then hiding behind some obscure agreement they have with the builder about performing "Warranty" service on Saturday. Nevermind the product they installed is only a few months old and defective. Pretty pathetic if you think about it.
I cannot say enough good things about Airtron! Anytime I call, Javier comes out and takes care of the job fairly and efficiently. We have two different units on our condo. When the first one went out that controls the downstairs, Javier was able to fill it with freon in a jiffy...a few weeks later when the capacitor went kaput on the one that controls the upstairs, he came back out and voila we have cool air!
