Here is an incredible story. We purchased a house in 2019 and it was a system installed with this company so I had to call them in for a service in year 2019. Technician talked us in to home care system for a year which he said they will be visiting twice a year to take care of everything and did sign up for 30$ every month. The worst customer service. Stay away from this company. they don't care about fixing the issue, all they care is to rip you off. my experience has been very very bad
Worst company i even seen, poor knowledge, they engineers come and go but never fix the issue. Not ready listen
Terrible customer response!!!! And I have a contract. Made emergency call ( air conditioner was not working and we are having 100 degree weather) at night and got a recording saying we will get back to you in an hr , if not next day. Never got a call back . Called 4 days later to speak to a manager and reception stated that she was on phone and would call back. Don’t use this company. Terrible customer service. Also they will not tell you a price before they preform a service and then will send you a absurd bill in the mail later.

I had my ac unit damaged about one month after moving into a newly built home. Airtron sent 2 guys to my house. they said I needed a new unit. Well after about a month of calling and trying to get them to come fix it, since it's under warranty for 2yrs, they refused. Left a negative review on another forum. Richard put his name and nu.ber for me to call to "resolve" the issue. Every time I called no answer. I 've left at least 2 messages with my name and number with not one time a single call back. Do not use this company. Long story short they did a new 3 Hvac system install and a dryer vent booster fan. Installation was done incorrectly never in 4 years has unit worked properly. The dryer booster was installed wrong eventually flooding our home. They then again installed a new one which broke down and once again leaked thru our ceiling. The customer service ladies are rude and after several calls to at the least get the booster warranty they tell me they don’t do this type of work anymore? What about the warranty? No... read more
