I had my ac inspected and was told there was a coil leak was told that a part would be ordered and they would call when it arrived. Called a few days earlier to get an idea of where it's currently at. Front desk has no access to check no one seems to communicate and there is no way of reassuring the customer of what's going on. I don't recommend doing business with them your constantly calling to find answers and the front desk doesn't know or doesn't go out of their way to find out.
I was assigned Chris Soto as my service provider. He was thorough, educational and I walked away with a system that was fixed and I learned proper maintenance. I highly recommend Airtron and Chris!
RecommendedI’ve been working with this company for years and love them!! Every time I make an appointment they show up and fix my issue! When I had an emergency I only waited a day for them to come and service the unit! Ended up getting a new one with new warranty! Very happy with their techs! They know their stuff!
I am VERY disappointed in your service! I have had 3 technicians come out and I STILL have the same issue of the furnace blowing COLD air and will NOT turn off! It was BELOW FREEZING last night and still in the 30s. I need you to send your TOP technician to repair my issue TODAY!!! You are providing a HORRIBLE customer experience not only for me but my entire family that have to wrap in blankets to stay warm downstairs!
The customer support is deplorable. I've had several technicians come to my newly built home in the past 6 months, and each time the problem is not resolved.There is a heat variance in the upstairs bedroom and each tech that come out has determined that there is a design flaw. To this day, there has been no resolution, just a lot of back and forth with the admin staff at the Dallas location, and I need a supervisor, or someone of authority who can step in and help me with this situation.
I will not recommend this AC/Heat company. Being waiting to speak with a representative for days for emergency ac issues. No response. Also, no personnel on standby on weekends.
Our system was wired so that the heating elements were constantly running causing us to use double and triple the kWh’s. This company installed our system and will not take the confess to their mistake and help us with our electric bills. Horrible company!
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!! They installed our unit incorrectly, ruined our wall and are refusing to fix it!
This company truly does not value their customers. Poor installation and do not stand behind their warranty . Very rude employees. Will never use nor recommend.
