NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They installed a unit in our back room and never hooked up the condensation tube. It dripped into the wall of our home since they installed it. It has ruined the sheet rock and wood framing. They refuse to come back and fix their mistake. When we called the company they were rude and could basically care less.
Horrible Customer Service. Called at midnight to make an appointment, which we secured only to have them call us back a few hours later saying we need to sign up on their service plan or they will not service our unit. Manager and Corporate office still have not called us back to even tell us if anyone is coming out today. We have 3 week old twins and need to have our unit serviced ASAP.
Stay away from this company. They make appointments then never show up. Have serious doubts about abilities of their repairmen. Customer service is non existent. DR Horton needs to reconsider using this company. Or maybe you need to reconsider buying from DR Horton.
Horrible customer service, they make promises and don't deliver. We had a brand new system installed I was installed incorrectly and they have not tested the unit nor does it work. They are not standing behind their products and services
The sensor went out on my AC in April 2017 on a house that's only 4 years old. Had Airtron out to fix it and bought the warranty. Same issue again 6 weeks later and now third time today. Of course it'll be over 100 degrees tomorrow. So Done!
We have been with Airtron for a few years and they have always been so helpful!
