Excellent customer service, Phil takes great care of his customers, and their Fords..... My very first car was a Ford Mustang, 33 years ago, and until I can get my dream Jag, I'll most likely be driving a Ford. I honestly love my car, and appreciate how Airport Marina Ford takes care of us both when service is needed!
Be very carful people, these guys here are only here to take all your money, they will lie to you just for extra $2500, they thought bc i was young they would jip me easily. They told me i couldn’t purchase a car without a $2500 electrical warranty. Luckily i was going through my credit union so they had my back. Sadly they also didn’t want to give me 30 day insurance bc i didn’t want the warranty, which was a hassle bc i had to shop for insurance in that exact moment to be able to drive off the lot. You guys are great - a great deal for a great car. I came there for an Escape but my credit was bad so you took my junker and gave me a cute Fiesta that I am happy with. I will work on my credit to get that Escape but I will be sad when I let the Fiesta go. it feels like a Lexus.

This is by far the most money hungry, unprofessional, cares nothing for its consumers, incompetent, terrible service, dealership I've ever encountered. I highly recommend all my friends family and loved ones to KEEP AWAY!!! I am soooo disappointed with Ford... after buying my second mustang here I can't believe I'm treated like this.
