Survive after my initial purchase was useless. Everyone in the building claims to be a manager, but none will call back when they say they will. I’m a ford man through and through but I think Elon musk has it right when he talked about doing away with dealerships.
Seems like nobody can answer their phone OR give us a call back for an update on when our car will be ready.
