The problem I took my car in for was not fixed. The very next day it was doing the same thing. I was told I could bring it back in but would not get a loaner car. This would be the second time that my car was kept for multiple days and I am left without one. The reason stated is due to covid. Umm the same way the cars are sanitized after and before cleaning to protect your valets and mechanics is the same thing you could do after giving customers a loaner while you fix their car. The service manager promised to finish repairing my Ford Fusion within 2-3 days, but it took 13 DAYS to finish very easy job. They didn't respect my time and I'm really upset from this level of service. they refused to repair this defect in Saturday although it was manufacturing defects like USB port and shild pump, so I was forced to come in week day.
