I have mixed feeling about my recent interactions with the Service department. A few months ago, I brought my 2011 Explorer in because my steering was locking up when I started my vehicle. I described the issue to the Service Advisor and waited for the formal diagnosis of the problem. I was advised that an electronic component of the steering system need to be replaced at a cost of $1700. After a not so good scheduling experience a year ago, the service manager reached out to me personally asking for another chance to prove that they really do care about making a service visit as painless as possible. So I gave them another try. Wow! I was so glad I did! They were 5-star throughout the entire experience, and I never let on I was testing them. They meant what they said. I will definitely be back!
