Service people were very nice and quick, when I purchased the car customer service was excellent also, however the woman at the customer service window act as if she didn't want to be there. My first time servicing my car I did not know how it worked after I was given paper work to give to the window, she told me nothing, she was just nasty! Everyone else was wonderful.

I had a great experience with Airport Marina Ford! I was made aware of all the service my truck would need and they contacted a Rental Car service to come to the dealership to get me. Jody called me and updated me on the progress of the service and then called to inform me the truck was ready. Facilities were clean, modern and well appointed. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or some fruit and watch the flat screen televisions in the waiting area!
