I can’t rate Airport Lettings highly enough ! With this being my first time moving It was a very stressful time for me, my estate agent made the whole process as easy as possible and was always on call to keep me updated and to answer any questions I had, once I had moved in I had the ongoing support of the team at Airport Lettings, plus a property visit from my estate agent to ensure that I had settled in and I was happy with my move, needless to say I will be choosing them again once the time comes for me to move in the fu... read more

I wish I have seen all those "AVOID" reviews before dealing with that company. Not professional at all, with regards to providing documents, time, collaboration. They charge the highest fees in Southend and they provided me with a contract that turned out to be a well plotted scam. I had to involve a solicitor and still chasing the landlord. Nothing to prove here, just see their rate, how many "Avoid" you can count and make your choices wisely.

Currently going through procedures with the Landlords Association and The Property Ombudsman. This company is a disgrace and according to the director 'it's a plus for (myself and my partner) that the LL isn't co-operating with us as we will get our money back.' They have no sense of procedure in terms of the return of deposit, as it took over a month and for myself to ring them to try and get our money back!
