Awful service and awful vets. I took all 3 of my dogs here, gave them £1000’s worth of business and would refuse to see me unless I paid them up front because I missed an appointment. But it’s ok for them to make customers wait 45 min for a timed appointment when you’re on time. They failed to treat my dog for his condition and I ended up treating my dog myself as turned out I knew more than the vet. Grade A rubbish phone receptionist are awful the vets advise is shocking we adopted a kitten who is very ill had in there six times in 3 weeks to be told he's OK to then having to pester and pester to have him over night and convince them to do some tests which eventually found out there were a number of issues we had to give the kitten back and it was rehoused by keighley cat care to find out the vests missed he had a hernia absolutely shocking wouldn't recommende them at all
