All work completed professionally and to excellent standard. Everyone very nice and helpful.
Aire Valley did a re-roof on our hip roof semi in April. They were really friendly and easy to discuss things with. Very efficient, tidy and communicative. The roof looks incredible now, such neat tile work and we love the dry ridge tiles which modernises the look. The final cost was as estimated for the job and a reasonable cost for extras we asked for. We found them through the NFRC and they've previously done small repair work at my sister's. Very happy to recommend them and would reuse for anything in the future.
After a leak developed in my commercially leased property after the storms in the back end of 2023/start of 2024, I was being quoted ££££ for a new replacement gutter by another roofer who is often recommended loads on local online community groups (where they also charged £££s for 4 emergency replacement slate tiles), I was recommended Aire Valley by a friend who had him recently redo his roof. I have just had some work carried out on my roof to remove some very old solar panels and make good the roof, replacing a number of tiles. The communication has been great. I received a clear quotation after they visited to assess what was needed and the work has been carried out promptly and carefully. The project was causing me a bit of a headache initially but Aire Valley Roofing and Building have made it easy, solved the problem and have been professional and helpful throughout. Thank you!
Really happy with the repairs done to our roof, which has meant our roof is now secure and watertight. Really good communication and they sent pictures of the work carried out, including a before and after so I could see. Kept to the price quoted initially. Thank you!
