Mike is courteous and follows COVID safety guidelines of wearing a mask (and uses shoe covering). He’s very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Since I have to wait for parts to arrive before the AC can be repaired, he provided a couple of workarounds in the meantime.

I've had Air Treatment conduct semiannual service on my three heat pumps for many years and I have a great deal of confidence in their work. They always arrive at their scheduled time, conduct a very thorough service on my heat pumps, provide both a verbal and written detailed update on my heat pumps, explaining any issues without trying to push for any unnecessary additional work,

They replaced an A/C unit. They took their time and did a thorough job including making sure the system was linked up to our emergency generator. They were careful in the house. Drop clothes were put down wherever they walked as well as using the standard COVID precautions. We have used them for several years for maintenance and are pleased with the company and would recommend them highly.

This was our first time using Air Treatment Company. When calling for an appointment I was greeted in a very friendly way and able to get an appointment within a week. Dee was the technician sent out to do maintenance on our furnace. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and also showed me how to operate the furnace. I have been a customer of Air Treatment for 36 years and they have always given me superb service. They have replaced four HVAC systems in three different houses in Vienna and when I was stationed on the West Coast for 12 years they took exceptional care of my rental houses while I was absent and responded immediately and without fail every time my renters had an issue. Exceptionally cooperative and knowledgeable technicians.
