John T The technician arrived right on time at the midpoint of the arrival window estimate. He made thorough check of the HVAC system that was indicating a problem. He concluded that the heat pump in question was operating normally, and that the cause of the trouble signal was the unusually low temperatures that we were having. I have had service contracts with Air Treatment for many years for two homes in Vienna. Their service people are always prompt, professional, and informative. They usually give me options whenever repairs are needed. In mid-January, Dee came at 8:00 pm and had to work out in the bitter cold and was still very professional and pleasant. I recommend Air Treatment highly and particularly Dee.

We are very pleased with Air Treatment and highly recommend them to others. They have been servicing our heating and air conditioning twice a year since we moved in 7 years ago. They are always polite, prompt and professional. They explain issues well and are never in a hurry. They also installed a furnace for us recently. Every step of the way has been exceptional.
