Justin is always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Hes been immensely helpful in finding resolving issues. Also Air Treatment Co. Replaced and rebuilt our entire furnace several years ago and it works great.

I have used this company for many year, both when I lived in Vienna (1989-2010) and the last 3 years in Reston. Customer service is great. Mike came out recently to check my question about Auxiliary Heat coming up on my new Thermostat. He explained how the new smart thermostat works and also checked my entire system to be sure there was no problem. I could not have asked for more. Thanks, Mike!

I've had annual service contracts with Air Treatment for more than 20 years and have always been completely satisfied with the support provided. Air Treatment's experts come to the house twice each year to inspect and fine-tune my HVAC system and replace filters. The regular inspections and service has extended the life of my HVAC systems and made heating and cooling my home worry free. I highly recommend Air Treatment for HVAC service and support.

As Air Treatment had told me would be the case when I scheduled the service call, I received a telephone call from Chris about ten minutes before his arrival. The first thing he discovered was that our thermostat was not working properly (it had been acting squirrelly for several months prior to his arrival). He replaced it after explaining what it would cost to do so.
