On February 26, Air Treatment Co. notified us by phone that the part for our hot water heater had arrived, and requested an installation date the following day (February 27.) We agreed, and the company representative (Jake) gave us an installation time between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The technician called prior to 10 a.m., notifying us that he was on the way. They sent a professional team to install our A/C, Furnace and Water Heater. They did an excellent job and answered all our questions. They worked together as a group and seemed to enjoy their work.
