Air Treatment was a wonderful experience each time I have interacted with them, from making appointments on the phone and paying my bill, to the professional and helpful behavior or the technicians that came to my home. They respected my home and cared for my HVAC equipment just brilliantly.
Came when they said they would and were careful with masks and covering their shoes. The technician asked if we were having any issues and then he went quietly on with his inspection. He found something that was not yet an issue but could have been a problem in the winter. He quoted a price and we chose to do it there and then. He also suggested one other minor thing and was not annoyed when we chose not to take him up on that bit of work.
