If you ever need a new fan/blower or furnace (where the fan is housed) replaced, these are the folks to call! They had a replacement system in stock, so scheduling was at our convenience. The technicians came on time and went straight to work - tearing out the old and replacing it with new. The work space is small; i felt sorry from them, but heard no complaints. Steve was great and always a professional. He goes above and beyond every time he does his semi annual checks. This time his visit was due to our A/C not working. He was able to get it working and we were so happy to get his help.
You have asked several times for my opinion, so here goes: First, any time a technician has been in my home, he has been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and anxious to solve any problems. There have been four visits since mid-March - two in one day because the sensor on the floor kept shutting down the furnace.. Problem solved with a square of cardboard!
