Air Treatment Co. did a fabulous job on installing my new HVAC system. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were already my maintenance company on my old unit and also did an excellent job there. The office is very easy to work with and flexible in scheduling appointments. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs.
Air Treatment Co. is the gold standard for customer service -- reliable, meticulous, prompt. If only this company could be cloned, we'd all be much better off.
This company is excellent. A couple of years ago, we had problems with one of our systems. The company which installed it repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue and charged us for "repairs" that did not work. We finally asked Air Treatment for a second opinion, and Mike immediately correctly diagnosed the problem. They did the recommended repairs, and we have used them for regular maintenance ever since. Their office is easy to work with, and Mike is very good about taking the time to explain and answer questions.
This company is extremely professional. Five years ago the compressor broke down on my unit and I needed to find a new company because the two I had used were very unprofessional. My neighbor recommended Air Treatment. Last week I had to get a new heat pump which their technicians assembled. The technicians show you a price list. I highly recommend this company.
Excellent service - Mike came on time to do a biannual inspection of my furnace. He did a very thorough inspection, and spent as much time as it took afterwards to brief me on his findings and explain what I could expect from the machinery going forward. Outstanding in every respect!

Air Treatment technicians arrived on time for our half yearly checkup and performed it efficiently. Since their visit, we have noticed much improved heat flow throughout our split level home, a terrific improvement! They also recommended we start thinking about replacing our furnace, and arranged for the company to email us the relevant options.
