Anthony was our technician today. He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly (we did not have any heat) and efficiently made the necessary repairs. Before beginning the work he explained what needed to be done and provided us with different price and equipment options. Anthony was personable and clean. We would not hesitate to call for his services again.
Now I know why this company got such bad reviews! Never on time, don’t show up at all! GM wants to argue instead of helping! No one should ever call or use this company. Attorney and 8 on my side getting a call since they sponsor this company. Let’s see if they investigate this one! 100 % satisfaction guaranteed ? We’re going to find out!
We spend a ton of money. Every up grade you had we purchased. You even did our duct work. My house is humid. After investigating you installed the wrong size filter. The filter was also upside down! I called and you send a tech out. He doesn't have the correct filter. Why did you send him??!!! We are platinum member with you guys and I want platinum service. I want the coil cleaned because you messed up! In October I want my regular maintenance. Tech said my subcool was a 11. Shouldn't it be between 7-9.
I gave these people to opportunities to fix our air. They were rude and incompetent. I will never call them again.
I've been spending 13.00 a month for the past 11 years for a service plan for them to come out every 6 months. They came out 2 months ago and they "said they flushed" the system which is included in the maintenance plan. Well our system got backed up. It took 4 days to come out and then they charged 196.00 just to flush it. My husband called 3 times asking to speak to a supervisor and no one is available nor have they returned his call over the past 5 days. Service has gone down hill!
Couldn't be happier with the service. Senior Service Advisor Joe Horstman couldn't have been more professional. Truly appreciate the honest feedback and service. Will be my first choice in the future. Thanks Air Rescue!
