I was very impressed by Merium being very friendly to my phone call at 7:30 AM. Charles B came out to check my AC and told us what the problem was. Now we have an appointment this evening to talk to someone about a new coil.

We have been using Air Rescue for quite a few years, and have found their people to be knowledgeable, professional and well trained. Particularly impressive is Jamil Perry. He has been to our house on several occasions over the years and is always able to diagnose problems quickly, and remedy them. We highly recommend Air Rescue.
Vince C replaced the compressor on our 7 year old system, he is really great to deal with and did a first rate job. System now cooling as it should be. Ares came over the other other night around 11:00 pm and diagnosed a failed compressor very quickly. We have always had good service from Air Rescue and all staff have been very good to work with.

Ruth was dispatched when our new AC started freezing up. She was very thorough and finally found the coolant leak. She explained all along what she was doing and was professional and personable. I was very impressed with her and hope I see her again if I have any issues.
I have been using them to take care of the A/C units at our home & our son's too. I have never had a problem with them & they always do a great job & explain everything to us.
