I'm discouraged. You expect a service company to be honest and fair with you. Air Rescue in Tampa may be good at responding to emergencies but our experience is that the representative who comes for inspections routinely finds a major problem and always quotes repair work in the thousands of dollars. Today I had another a/c service come and check it after Air Rescue and he said there was no problem and the $4000 repair that AR proposed is not necessary and that a thermostat replacement does not cost $400.
I love Air Rescue! They have been wonderful keeping my air conditioner going. Tonight I had trouble and the technician, Scott Corley, came out so fast and fixed it. He was so efficient and a real gentleman.
I've been very pleased with Air Rescure. Been with them for 4 years and the technicians are very respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would recommend them so when you have a problem or need your A/C checked give them a call. You can find them on google.😊
Will need some more work on my unit but the staff have always been friendly, helpful. Sort of scares me to read some of the unhappy reviews. I have never had those problems.

We had a HUGE problem with their installation and subsequent repairs. It took them 6 weeks to finish it, and we still haven't had all the inspections done. We are STILL having a problem with billing which they are refusing to address - when Jeremy sold us the unit, he promised us that the old $1500 we paid to fix a unit that he considered now "too bad to even clean & fix" less than a year before would be erased. Ruth did an outstanding job replacing the compressor at my home in Clearwater. She is completely knowledgeable of her trade, and has an amazing attention to detail. She is also very personable, an extremely hard worker, and an outstanding representative for Air Rescue.
