They have always been there when needed and the technician was great!!
Called Air Rescue out due to A/C freezing up and getting my new floors wet. James the Technician came out and said I have dirty coils it would be $895 to clean. A/c was puy in in Late February 2017. didn't do anything else. I change my filter every 2-3 weeks. I looked at coils and had very little dirt on them and said he couldn't do anything else til we paid them to clean.i looked at the coils that he said we're the problem and brushed them with a tooth brush and Vacuum. fixed the problem. he was here approximately 5 minutes... read more
I was offered a service for $ 39. The tech arrived checked the unit explained the condition of the a/c and change me $59. When I ask the different on price he explained the $39 was for maintenance but he preformed an inspection which is $59... really like I know the difference between maintenance and inspection.... nice way to over charge by offering one service and preformed another and charged you. I will never use your service again and forget about recommendations.
Called service they said they fit me in in 2 days ... need it now an ac companies in Florida are a dime a dozen so apparently the 24 hours is when they might get to you
This company has done an install for us in 2015 for one unit. We have had not problems with that unit so we used them to replace the 2nd unit last September and have had nothing but issues. Have placed several calls for this unit leaking and not working and yesterday the house was not cooling. We had twenty people coming to my house the next day for a memorial for my father and the best time they could do was 3-5PM which is the same time of the memorial. Had these people in my home several years ago, destroyed my A.C., cut ceiling duct open, stepped through ceiling, will never use these people ever !
