Your commercials make small independant contractors sound like idiots.
The only thing I didn’t like was the Tech that cleaned the vents left dirty hand prints on the ceiling. He also cleaned the bathroom vent so much that he took the paint off of it. The vents weren’t that dirty so I don’t know why he scrubbed so hard
They are great. We have used them for years. Air rescue is honest and reliable
our air broke Saturday during over 90 degree heat spell. A rep. was here that day and a new system inserted SUNDAY. Wow. Pleasant, polite, clean efficient workers.
The heat pump install yesterday was great with 2 techs who did a great job & went above & beyond what I expected--the last time (10 yrs ago) was a disaster & continued to be. So I am very pleased. A thank you to Hunter, the maintenance tech who Thursday gave me options, which all cost $$$, so I went with new. I hope this is an indication of what I can expect with this new unit. Thank You
Had a new unit installed today. Arrival window was between 9-12. Dominick and Angel were here at 9:05 and got right to work. They were done in just under 3 hours. Super pleased with their service, attitude and speedy work.
They have always done a great job for us. Hunter was very professional.
